are invited to have lunch together and hear a short lecture by Prof.
Philip Mitchell on Christian scholarship. Details about the upcoming
Pew events for the Fall 2001 semester will also be provided.

and Coffee Night

We
will meet in the parking lot between Mahler and Strickland and caravan
to two area used book stores, and then on to Café Brazil
for coffee and conversation about our book purchases (among other
things!).

Study Weekend Retreat

and Saturday, November 2, 2001 @ Mt. Lebanon Baptist Encampment
Our
fifth annual study weekend featuring a discussion on a 17th century
puritan classic by John Flavel, Keeping the Heart. Join us for a
stimulating weekend of conversation, community, and a lot of plain
old fun! Depart DBU at 5: 00 pm on Friday and return about 4: 00
pm on Saturday afternoon.
