DBU offers 59 fully online degree programs and many online certificate programs for students all over the United States and other countries such as Brazil, China, Japan, and Hong Kong. We now have more than 2,300 students online and maintain an overall student completion rate of 92%.

DBU Offers You Choices!

We understand the unique challenges faced by each adult student who must balance the time demands of work, school, and family. At DBU, our class options are customizable to accommodate the busiest life. We offer classes in the classroom at our beautiful main campus in Dallas, DBU Hurst-Colleyville, and DBU North in Plano. Students can complete their degrees or certificates entirely online or combine classroom and online classes. Courses are offered throughout the year, and terms range in length from 1-week mini-terms to 16-week fall and spring semesters.

The DBU MBA prepares students for successful careers in a diverse, global business environment. Business faculty and staff work closely with students to equip them with the business knowledge, highest level critical thinking/decision making skills, and social connectedness aptitude that are essential strengths for future employment and leadership opportunities. Students practice learning through real world projects that hone individual, specific skill development in areas such as: leading creatively; building strong customer relationships; marketing, messaging, and sales; innovating cultures; and servant leadership through values.

About the MA in Management
The Master of Arts in Management prepares current and future managers for successful and rewarding careers in diverse, global operational environments. M.A. in Management graduates will be strong decision makers who have deep understanding and competencies in related functional areas such as talent management, production quality, project and financial management, annual planning, and operational process compliance.
