Before making your request, be sure to read this important Distance Learning Services Information.
Make sure that the Library owns a copy of the book you wish to request. Search the Online Catalog.
On-campus students and faculty – please use the ILL Book Request Form to place a request for a book or other item not owned by DBU.
Please be as complete and specific as possible when filling out this form.
Items must be returned to DBU. We will provide postage to mail the item to you, but we request that you pay the return postage. A mailing label will be included for your convenience. Please note the due date.

Books and other items owned by DBU are sent to you free of charge. However, if we borrow the item from another institution, through our Interlibrary Loan program, charges may apply. Some libraries charge for Interlibrary Loan services. You are responsible for all charges. We make every effort to obtain library materials from free suppliers. If a free supplier cannot be found, we will request from the least expensive first. If no limit is checked, ILL assumes you will not pay for materials. If a fee applies, your request will not be processed until a payment agreement is confirmed. All charges must be paid before the item is released to you. Please select your option below:
