Vance Memorial Library is located in the Collins Learning
Center. It operates within a Christian environment and provides
access to services and information resources to support the
educational and research needs of the Dallas Baptist University
community. In
addition to its core collection of circulating and reference
materials, the library also houses many interesting special
collections and important archives.
MISSION
STATEMENT
The mission of Vance Memorial Library at Dallas Baptist University
is to provide faith-integrated, quality service and access
to the information resources and services necessary to support
the various colleges in the achievement of their educational
goals. The Library seeks to equip students, faculty and staff
with research skills to enable them to communicate and function
effectively in a technology-oriented, information-rich society.
