Transfer Student Application Documents

The following documents will be needed in addition to the Undergraduate (Undergraduate
Admissions) or Graduate (Graduate Admissions) Admissions Forms.

1. Transfer letter from current SEVIS approved school indicating F-1 status or proof of other

USCIS approved visa status. (Transfer Status Letter)

2. Copy of current passport, visa, I-94, and I-20 if in F-1 status).

3 . If you would like to transfer your credits from a university outside the United States, Dallas

Baptist University will consider the recommendations made by the following evaluation

services:
