Bob Goble

Hello, my name is Bob Goble. I have been teaching classes at DBU as an Adjunct Professor for over nine years. Prior to that, I was a student at DBU completing a bachelor’s degree and an MBA. I also have a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

My day job is with NCR Corporation where I’m a Project Manager/Consultant in the eCommerce Division. My main focus is installing Internet Banking and Mobile Banking in financial institutions across the U.S. I enjoy my work especially since I get to work with cutting edge technology. I’m also what is called a virtual employee which means I get to work from home. Give me a high speed Internet connection and a phone and I’m at work.

In my personal life, I’ve been married to Teena for 34 years. She’s a wonderful lady. You’d enjoy meeting her. We have two daughters: one is an attorney and one is a children’s minister for a local church. I am very blessed to have such a wonderful family.

I enjoy teaching at DBU. I consider higher education a privilege that many do not get to experience. You are here to learn and it’s my task to provide every opportunity for you to succeed. I also believe that the world is God’s creation and it’s our duty to honor Him in all we do. So, throughout my classes I will weave a Christian perspective into our discussions.

I’ve been a Christian since I was nine years old (a long time!). My relationship with God is the most important thing to me. How wonderful to know that the God of the universe cares about me.
