I have been at Bell Helicopter for 20 years. My career has taken me through a vast array of experiences starting with assembly line inspection and moving up through supervision and into data analysis. I moved into the supplier world through the realm of web site design and full systems architecture with Oracle and ColdFusion. I am currently working with Manufacturing Engineering Planning and Tooling developing a plethora of user-defined systems through a .NET architecture
I have been a part-time professor at DBU since August 2003. I have taught a vast array of subjects ranging from C++ programming to HTML / JavaScript. I have also held classes on database management, systems architecture, and system development life cycles.
My formal education gives me a wide range of interests. I have an Associate’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Tarrant County Community College, a Bachelor's degree from Northwood University in Cedar Hill, TX, and my Master’s degree from DBU, graduating in 2001.
I have been married to my wife, Michelle, for 20 years. We have a wonderful daughter, Ashley, who is in the ninth grade at Arlington High School. We have been members of Fielder Road Baptist Church for 18 years and currently work with the Children’s Ministry, the Sanctuary Orchestra, and Small Group Leadership.
I enjoy do-it-yourself projects ranging from small carpentry projects to small room remodeling. I really enjoy computing and the programming challenge it can offer at times.
