TaskStream Accounts
TaskStream is an electronic database collection
system utilized for national accreditation and e-portfolio assessment that Dallas Baptist University has chosen for their Educator Preparation Unit. All
education certification students must purchase and/or maintain a TaskStream account each
semester:
- Purchasing a bundle of multiple years at once greatly reduces the overall cost of your subscription.
- Whether you are purchasing by the semester or a bundle of multiple years you must have your account set up/activated at the beginning of each semester.
- If you are paying with financial aid, you will need to purchase your account through the DBU Bookstore.
- If you are using a credit card, you may purchase your account online directly through TaskStream, www.taskstream.com.
TaskStream Self-Enrollment Codes
Students must enroll using one of two codes for
their program. The first for Signature Courses and the last for E-Portfolio
Competencies.

Transition Points
Transition Points are certain stages in the candidate's progress toward certification in the Educator Preparation Program. Any student who does not have required signature assessments uploaded into TaskStream will not be allowed to proceed to the next level as designated by Transition Points.
