Voter Registration Home > Campus Life > Voter Registration In compliance with the 1998 Higher Education Act, Dallas Baptist University will make available voter registration forms to all students who attend classes on campus. The forms, which are supplied by the state, will be available before the registration cut-off date for every federal and gubernatorial election, as well as special elections for federal office. Please contact the Student Affairs office for a voter registration form. The Texas Secretary of State website answers many questions about voting, and allows one to request an application for a voter registration form.
