Housing
Application
Students who wish to live in campus housing must submit a
housing application in addition to the DBU application for
admission. A $100 room and key deposit,
along with a recent photograph, completed medical form, and
a roommate questionnaire form will complete the housing application process.

Health
Forms
A complete and updated health form is necessary in order to
be eligible for placement in campus housing. Students must
have proof of current Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), and Tetanus/Diphtheria
immunizations. Prospective residents must also provide proof
of a negative Tuberculosis screening within the last two years
and a copy of their current insurance card. All medical records
must be kept current in order to remain eligible for campus
housing. All medical records will remain confidential. This
required Medical History Form will be mailed to each student
along with his or her housing application.

Eligibility
As a part of the educational process, dormitory housing is
available to those students who meet the following guidelines:
- Resident
must be a student at Dallas Baptist University
- New
resident students must have gained admission to the University
prior to being placed in campus housing.
- Enrolled
students must be 17 years of age or older on or before the
first day of class during the term in which the student
is enrolled and requesting housing.
Dormitory
housing is not available to students who are:
- Married
- Pregnant
students or students who have children
- For

All housing forms need to be mailed directly to Residence Life.
