The Dallas Baptist University Lady Patriots Volleyball Team’s fell to 15-14 overall for the season on Tuesday night as they were defeated by Southeastern Oklahoma State University in straight sets. With the loss, the Savage Storm ended the Lady Patriots five game winning streak.
Sophomore Kaylyn Frink led the Lady Patriots in the loss as she recorded her 16th double double on the year. Frink put down a game high 18 kills, and added 14 defensive digs on the night.
The Savage Storm was able to see success on the offensive side of the ball in the win as Lunden Azuara recorded 11 kills for SOSU.
The Lady Patriots remain at 7-3 in conference play and look to rebound in their two matches against the University of Texas at Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas, on Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31. Friday’s match is set to begin at 7:00 p.m., with Saturday’s match started at 2:00 p.m.
