PROJ 6303 (3-3-0) Project Execution and Closeout
This course integrates the execution planning aspects with the actual execution activities of a project. Included is quantitative decision making techniques, quality measurements, balanced scorecard, power and politics, and how to create a plan for project success. The learners also discuss conflict and change management as they impact project success; further, the use of rewards and recognition initiatives is considered. The learners complete a plan for the launch of a new project, strategies for maximizing unit performance during the project, and a closeout plan for the project. Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.
