MANA 6314 (3-3-0) Organizational Change and Development
This course builds critical skills and competencies that enable leaders to achieve the mission and vision of their organizations. Topics include organizational analysis, gap analysis, and change models and processes. Study will include organizational behavior components influencing the development of the organization’s human resources and the impact that individual groups and structures have on behavior within the organization. Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.
Prerequisite: MANA 51.521 or undergraduate equivalent.
