MANA 6305 (3-3-0) Staffing Organizations
This course will focus on the staffing models and strategy, planning, job analysis, internal and external recruitment processes, staffing measurements, staffing system management and retention management. Additional topics will include employment contracts, negotiable offers, job offers, orientation and socialization associated with performance. Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.
Prerequisite: MANA 51.521 or undergraduate equivalent.
