EDSC 6318 (3-3-0) Practicum II for School Counseling (S-L)
An extensive supervised experience at a field site comprising the final component of the comprehensive preparation program for a career in school counseling. It is designed to bring together all of the experiences, skills, and knowledge gained through the coursework and experiences of the program. Students will be expected to attend intern seminars and complete all requirements designed to prepare them for the school counseling profession as outlined in the Internship Manual. The internship is the culmination of the Master of Education in School Counseling degree program and should be taken during the last semester of student's program. This course contains a field-based service-learning component. Fall, Spring.
Prerequisite: EDSC 6316. Open only to students in the Master of Education in School Counseling Program.
