SCM 6330 (3-3-0) Operations, Inventory, and Distribution (available Fall 2018)
Warehouse, Operations, and Distribution Management examines the design and analysis of people, processes, and technology systems. The key aspects of warehousing, operations, distribution, and material handling are applied. Topics include the role of warehouse, planning, process design, layout, equipment selection, workforce and workplace issues, performance measures, inventory control, material processing, forecasting supply needs, and distribution management.
