PROJ 6304   (3-3-0)   Advanced Project Management Strategy and Simulation
Advanced approaches and methods for managing projects will be studied during this course of study. Maturity models, enterprise project management, and a comprehensive study of all 5 phases of the project management process will be completed. The learners complete a comprehensive project plan of a proposed project during this phase of the learning. Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.   Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.
