MANA 6301 (3-3-0) Employment Law
Managers must stay current on the ethical and legal aspects of labor/management relations. Areas of study in this course will include history and theory, present effects and impact, litigation and procedure, and reasonable accommodation for employees in a variety of discriminatory issues. Spring, Online.
Prerequisite: MANA 51.521 or undergraduate equivalent.
