FINA 6301 (3-3-0) Corporate Finance
This course examines the theory and practice of corporate financial decision making to maximize the firm's value. The major topics include capital budgeting, risk-return relationship and capital market theory, market efficiency, capital structure, dividend policy, long-term financing and working capital management. Selected cases will be analyzed in conjunction with these topics. Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.
Prerequisite: ACCT 5311, FINA 51.521 or undergraduate equivalent.
