FINA 51.521 (1-1-0) Foundations of Finance
This course presents an overview of fundamental concepts in finance. Topics include introduction to financial markets: institutions and instruments, determination of interest rates, financial statement analysis, risk and return relationship and CAPM, time value of money, bond and stock valuation, and other related topics.
Equivalent to FINA 3301 Corporate Financial Management. Fall, Spring, Summer, Online.
Prerequisite: ACCT 5311 or undergraduate equivalent.
