BIOL 4305 (3-3-0) Nutrition
Study of the six classes of nutrients and their effects on health. Special emphasis on personal dietary practices and on current issues in nutrition including weight control, fad diets, dietary aspects of cardiovascular disease, and sports nutrition. Fall, Spring.
Prerequisite: BIOL 2406 and CHEM 1401.
