MUSI 4202 (2-2-0) Sixteenth-Century Counterpoint
A practical study, through analysis and composition, of 16th-Century polyphonic technique in the vocal style of Palestrina and other Renaissance composers. To include two-, three-, and four-voice music. Spring, odd-numbered years.
Prerequisite: MUSI 2212 and MUSI 2312.
