HIST 3313   (3-3-0)   History of Modern Europe Since 1815
A study of the rise of liberalism and nationalism, as well as the rise of modern totalitarian dictatorships and the need for collective security. Spring, even-numbered years.
Prerequisite: 6 hours in history.
